Thinly sliced cured ham
Green jalapeño peppers, from a jar
1 tsp oil
Method1. Heat a griddle pan.
2. Cover the tortilla with the ham.
3. On one half sprinkle peppers and cheese.
4. Fold in half and brush with oil.
5. Cook on hot griddle for a few minutes each side.
6. Serve with salsa, sour cream etc
