Ingredients1 x butternut squash (of whatever size you fancy)1 x onion Veg stock (in 500ml of water or enough to cover the veg) Pinch of nutmeg or cumin (or any spice you fancy) (optional) |

MethodPeel and chop the squash - throw into a pan.Ditto the onion. Add the veg stock. Add the pinch of whatever you or your little one might fancy. Bring to the boil then simmer for 20 mins (ish) or until the squash is tender. Blend in a blendy machine thing. Serve. Add a dollop of natural yogurt to make it look pretty...or to cool it down if it's too hot to eat. | |||||||||||||||||||||
