MethodOne from student days (also works well on a comfort food level)...Fry onion until translucent. Pile in rest of ingredients. Stir and put on lid so steam can escape. Simmer for 20 mins. Pour into a large bowl and eat with some lovely buttered bread. That's it! | |||||||||||||||||||||
