MethodI use a few lamb chops and lamb steaks cut in half. wash the lamb and cook on its own in a pan for a few minutes. Throw away the fat and add olive oil, rosemary and a chopped onion. Season and cook for a while (to brown it a bit and I'd say 15min. Then add white wine or beer and leave it to cook on a slowish heat till the sauce is reduced. Add the olives 10 min before the end. | |||||||||||||||||||||
