Ingredients170g/6oz sr flourpinch salt 2 tbsp cocoa powder 170g/6oz caster sugar 5 tbsp sunflower oil 230ml/8fl oz sweetened soya milk 1 tsp vanilla extract |
Handy HintI altered recipe slightly and only added 2 tbsp oil but then added 50g of melted dark (dairy free) chocolate. The result was good. I also only had a 7" square tin but just added 5 mins to cooking time which was fine. |

MethodPreheat oven 180c/160 fan/Gas 4.Grease 20cm/8in square tin. Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, sugar. Add oil, soya milk and vanilla extract and mix together until completely mixed. Pour into tin and bake for approx 25 mins. Leave to cool for 5 mins in tin and transfer to wire rack. | |||||||||||||||||||||
