Ingredients

1 large banana
2 ripe kiwi fruit
100ml apple juice
1 small tub of natural yoghurt

Handy Hint

Can also be frozen in lolly molds.

Method

1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender and serve.

A wonderfully quick way to start the day, or a healthy snack. To get children involved, let them think up new fruit combinations. We particularly like this one because the kiwi seeds give a bit of crunch.
