Ingredients

Biscuits - good quality shortbread are good.
Toffee sauce
Bananas
Whipped cream / squirty cream / greek yoghurt

Handy Hint

You could crumble a flake over the top for a wonderful finishing touch. My kids love making this as they feel like they can do it all themselves.

Method

1. Put the biscuits in a bag and 'bash' with a rolling pin (allow around 2 biscuits per person) - this is great for the kids to get involved.
2. Chop the bananas into slices.
3. To assemble - put the crushed biscuits into individual dishes, top with sliced banana then pour over some toffee sauce.
4. Top with cream or yoghurt and serve.

A very easy and tasty dessert ideal for introducing the children to cookery and baking. My daughter and her friend had great fun both making and eating these . We used yoghurt to make it a healthier option.
