Ingredients

1 x 125g pot of natural bio-yoghurt
2 pots caster sugar
3 pots self-raising flour
3 large free range eggs
1 pot sunflower oil
Grated lemon zest

Handy Hint

The lemon zest can be substitued for orange or vanilla essence.

Method

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180C.

Mix all the ingredients together, using the yoghurt pot to measure the amounts as required.

Pour into a 2 pint pie-dish and bake for about 40 minutes.

Delicious served with stewed fruit of fruit puree.
