Handy HintNot just good on Pancake Day: great for weekend breakfasts, with maple syrup, fried eggs and a couple of slices of bacon or some sausages. |

Method1. Mix ingredients together thoroughly into a batter. It may appear lumpy but that's fine.2. Put a tbsp of veg oil into a skillet which is on hob over medium heat. Using a large ice-cream scoop or ladle, drop a scoop of batter onto the skillet. 3. When loads of bubbles are on top of pancake, flip it over. 4. Cook for about two more minutes and then remove. Only flip pancakes once, as doing it more often will harden them. 5. Enjoy. | |||||||||||||||||||||
