IngredientsDouble cream1 beaten egg Parmesan (or other italian hard cheese) Pasta (whatever type you prefer) Bacon pieces Sausages (roughly 1-1 1/2 per person) Shallots (finely chopped) Garlic (finely chopped) Olive oil (about 1 tbsp) Black pepper Rosemary (fresh if possible) |

MethodCook the sausages in oven on 190 degrees for 10-15 mins. Cut into 1" pieces)Cook the pasta (according to instructions on packet) Put the shallots, garlic and olive oil in saucepan and cook on medium heat until softened. Add bacon pieces and sausage, plus black pepper and rosemary (finely chopped if fresh). Cook for 5-10 minutes until browned and cooked through. Pour in cream and bring to boil. When boiling add cheese and stir through. Take off heat and stir in beaten egg (will be cooked by residue heat) - if it starts to scramble then it was too hot, the egg should just thicken it. Drain pasta and mix sauce through it. Eat. | |||||||||||||||||||||
