Ingredients

Double cream
1 beaten egg
Parmesan (or other italian hard cheese)
Pasta (whatever type you prefer)
Bacon pieces
Sausages (roughly 1-1 1/2 per person)
Shallots (finely chopped)
Garlic (finely chopped)
Olive oil (about 1 tbsp)
Black pepper
Rosemary (fresh if possible)

Method

Cook the sausages in oven on 190 degrees for 10-15 mins. Cut into 1" pieces)

Cook the pasta (according to instructions on packet)

Put the shallots, garlic and olive oil in saucepan and cook on medium heat until softened.

Add bacon pieces and sausage, plus black pepper and rosemary (finely chopped if fresh).

Cook for 5-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Pour in cream and bring to boil. When boiling add cheese and stir through.

Take off heat and stir in beaten egg (will be cooked by residue heat) - if it starts to scramble then it was too hot, the egg should just thicken it.

Drain pasta and mix sauce through it.

Eat.
