MethodPut muffin cases into a muffin tin.Heat oven to 190C/Gas Mark 5. Mix eggs and sugar, beat in oil. Add dry ingredients and mix. Spoon into muffin cases, bake for 15-20 mins until firm to the touch and golden brown. | |||||||||||||||||||||
