Ingredients

Sausages Apples - peeled & sliced Honey Apple juice

Handy Hint

Keep a jar of bought or home made apple sauce & apple juice in store cupboard to en-liven traditional sausage & mash.

Method

Fry the sausages & drain off fat.

Add the apple juice & sliced apples.

Cook gently until apples have a smooth sauce consistency.

Serve with creamed mashed potato & veggies.

(Adults version - substitute cider for apple juice).
