MethodRoll the meat balls in flour.Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry off the meat balls until browned. Remove from the pan. Add a little more oil and then fry off the onions and garlic, until soft. Return the meatballs to the pan with the tinned tomatoes and herbs. Simmer for 20-30 mins until well cooked. In the meantime make your mash (no explanations needed!). Serve and enjoy! | |||||||||||||||||||||
