I made a gazillion (at least of these) for a party and not a single one was left at the end :0) Ones cooked for 12 minutes I found were soft, a bit more than 15mins, or rolled thinner, were crunchy biscuits. All were yummy though, and dissapeared fast!

So easy and so yummy!! I didn't have any golden syrup, used honey instead, and fresh ginger. Kids love them! Great recipe!

yum scrum. Made them in very hot weather and dough was a little soft so I popped it in the fridge. Perfect and our only problem was persuading DS not to eat all the dough before we cut it out.

Excellent biscuits. Soft enough for little kids to eat as well.

I have made these about 5 times in the last month - they are really easy to make and gorgeous to eat. The ginger is not too strong so children love them too.

Excellent recipe - dead easy to follow. Probably just me but I was concerned about the consistency of the 'dough' once everything was mixed so I left it for a little while and after about 10 inutes it 'doughed-up' pefectly. Shae the biscuits didn't last for 10 minutes tho :o)

A brilliant recipe to make with children. After baking they can decorate with icing and sweets.
