I made a gazillion (at least of these) for a party and not a single one was left at the end :0) Ones cooked for 12 minutes I found were soft, a bit more than 15mins, or rolled thinner, were crunchy biscuits. All were yummy though, and dissapeared fast!

So easy and so yummy!! I didn't have any golden syrup, used honey instead, and fresh ginger. Kids love them! Great recipe!

yum scrum. Made them in very hot weather and dough was a little soft so I popped it in the fridge. Perfect and our only problem was persuading DS not to eat all the dough before we cut it out.

Excellent biscuits. Soft enough for little kids to eat as well.
