Method1. Put peanut butter in a cup and soften in the microwave for 10-20 secs.2. Place strips of beef in a dish, crush over garlic clove, and throw on a few shakes of the soy sauce. 3. Spoon over the now-runny peanut butter, then cover and let it marinade for as long as you can. 4. Heat oil in a wok and stir fry until cooked through. | |||||||||||||||||||||
