Ingredients1 pack shortcrust pastry (or make your own!)
3 tbs crème fraîche
2 bacon rashes (about 75g)
MethodLine a quiche tin with pastry and bake blind for 10-15 mins at Gas 6/180C
In the meantime:
Cut bacon in small pieces and fry in a pan.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Add crème and beat again.
Place bacon pieces on the baked pastry.
Pour over your egg/cream mixture and spread evenly.
Put back in the oven and cook for another 20 mins Gas 6/180C
Serve the quiche lorraine with a light salad.
