MethodMelt half the butter and fry mushrooms and onions (thinly sliced) until browned.Remove from pan and put aside. Coat the thinly sliced beef in seasoned flour, melt the remaining butter and fry the beef until brown. Add the rest of the flour, beef stock, worcester sauce then the creme fraiche.
