Ingredients3oz soft brown sugar
2 ripe bananas
4fl oz milk
7oz self raising flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
MethodPre-heat oven to 190c/375f/Gas5.
Lightly butter or oil 12 muffin tins or line with 12 paper cases.
Mix sugar and butter in a bowl.
Mix in mashed bananas.
Beat in the egg and milk.
Fold in flour and nutmeg.
Spoon in to the tin and bake for about 20mins or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
