Ingredients300g potatoesknob of butter half an onion very finely chopped 1 tbsp tomato ketchup cornmeal (if frying) 200g can of red salmon |

MethodBoil and mash potatoes with knob of butter.Mix in onion, ketchup and salmon. Form into patties. Then either: bake in oven on greased tray at 170 for 20 minutes turning once, or roll in cornmeal and fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides. | |||||||||||||||||||||
