knob of butter
half an onion very finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
cornmeal (if frying)
200g can of red salmon
MethodBoil and mash potatoes with knob of butter.
Mix in onion, ketchup and salmon.
Form into patties.
bake in oven on greased tray at 170 for 20 minutes turning once,
roll in cornmeal and fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
