Ingredients

Red Lentils (whatever quantity you want to freeze)
Onion (one small onion for every 3 handfuls of lentils)
Pinch of tumeric

Method

1. Boil some lentils until soft.
2. Fry an onion until it starts to golden.
3. Blend the cooked lentils and onions.
4. Add a pinch of tumeric and stir.
5. Serve or freeze in cubes.
