Ingredients2 x fresh tuna steaks
A bag of salad leaves
A tin or jar black olives
A handful of green beans
A handful of new potatoes
A couple of tblspns of French dressing
MethodBoil eggs for 6 minutes, steam green beans over the eggs. Set aside and allow to cool. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes
Mix the salad leaves, green beans, potatoes and olives in a bowl/plate. Quarter the eggs and arrange on top of salad.
Griddle the tuna steaks for a few minutes (to taste but be careful not to overcook ) on each side and place on top of salad.
Serve with a drizzle of french dressing.
