7oz self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
6oz caster sugar
3 bananas (mashed)
MethodCream together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Gradually beat in the eggs, then stir in the mashed bananas.
Mix in the remaining ingredients until well blended.
Spoon into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180C for an hour until well risen and firm to the touch.
