Method1. Sieve the flour, baking powder, salt and mustard powder into a large bowl and then stir in the grated cheese and the sweetcorn.2. Lightly beat the egg and milk together and then gently stir into the bowl to form a thick batter. 3. Melt the butter in a large frying pan until it is bubbling and drop large spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, space well apart. 4. Cook for about 3 minutes and then flip over for another 3 minutes until golden, then serve. | |||||||||||||||||||||
