Ingredients10 oz pasta
150g Quorn chicken-style pieces
1 small head of broccoli, steamed
1 400g can chopped tomatoes
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
pinch of basil
15ml olive oil
MethodBring to the boil a large pan of water & add the pasta. Cook for 10 or 15 minutes.
Puree the tomatoes with the garlic, pour into a pan, add the basil & heat. When hot, add the quorn & simmer for 5 minutes. Drain the pasta & add the tomatoes with Quorn, the broccoli, olive oil & seasoning. Stir & serve.
