MethodHeat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the cooked rice, cooked chicken and peas and keep moving in the wok until they are hot.Move the rice mixture to one side in the wok. Add the beaten egg to the space in the wok and stir while it cooks until it resembles scrambled egg. Mix the egg in with the rice, chicken and peas and serve. Can also be made with prawns and any other cooked veg. | |||||||||||||||||||||
