MethodAll quantities are to taste - a bit of trial and error!1. Wash the corn on the cob 2. Mix roughly equal quantities of the ground cumin and coriander powder together with the lemon juice to form a paste. 3. Spread the paste over the corn on the cob 4. Grill (or BBQ)- turning frequently until the corn is cooked all the way round. The paste mixture should turn crispy. | |||||||||||||||||||||
