Ingredients

Corn on the cob
Ground cumin
Ground coriander
Lemon juice

Method

All quantities are to taste - a bit of trial and error!
1. Wash the corn on the cob
2. Mix roughly equal quantities of the ground cumin and coriander powder together with the lemon juice to form a paste.
3. Spread the paste over the corn on the cob
4. Grill (or BBQ)- turning frequently until the corn is cooked all the way round. The paste mixture should turn crispy.
